Lominus Dolomites: nell’incontro tra passato e futuro brilla Madre Natura
Un ritorno alle radici, ma con la consapevolezza e l’estetica del presente. Nel progetto architettonico e nell’interior design presentati in questo articolo e curati dall’architetto Rudolf Perathoner, il dialogo tra passato e futuro dà vita a spazi che celebrano la tradizione, reinterpretandola con linguaggi contemporanei: l’abitare moderno racconta così storie, riscopre materiali autentici e li veste di nuove prospettive, dettando trend che coniugano comfort, innovazione e rispetto per il territorio. Ne è massimo esempio questo progetto, che vede il contributo della ditta Erlacher nella realizzazione dei lavori di falegnameria: si tratta di due dimore custodite nel suggestivo borgo di Campill, con affaccio privilegiato sulle Dolomiti altoatesine.
Ispirate al “Paarhof”, il classico maso alpino, Lominus Dolomites dà voce all’antico in chiave contemporanea con tetti a due falde orientati verso valle, pietra naturale e legno antico massiccio che profuma di bosco, e geometrie pulite che reinterpretano lo stile alpin chic, regalando agli edifici un’estetica attuale che non tradisce le sue radici.
Spazio poi alla luce, sfruttata al massimo della sua potenza, e a quel gioco sottile tra “vedo e non vedo” che offre una struttura a due piani sul lato valle, mentre cantine e garage sono nascosti nel terreno a monte. Infine, il linguaggio materico del legno contribuisce a esaltare la qualità e il valore autentico di tutto il progetto.
Tra passato e futuro, il tempo si fa presente, trasformando l’abitare in un’emozione timeless.

Lominus Dolomites: Mother Nature emerges from the encounter between the past and the future
A return to the roots, but with the awareness and the aesthetics of the present. In the architectural and interior design project presented in this article and designed by architect Rudolf Perathoner, the dialogue between the past and the future gives life to spaces that celebrate tradition, reinterpreting it in a contemporary key: modern living thus narrates stories, rediscovers original materials, and offers them new perspectives, dictating trends that blend comfort, innovation, and respect for the territory. An example is this project, which counts on the precious support of the Erlacher company for the execution of carpentry work: two shimmering buildings nestled in Campill village, with a privileged view on the South Tyrolean Dolomites. Inspired by the “Paarhof”, the typical alpine farm, Lominous Dolomites gives voice to the ancient times through a contemporary outlook with pitched roofs facing downstream, natural stone and antique hardwood carrying the scent of the woods, and clean geometries that reinterpret the alpine chic style, giving the buildings a modern aesthetic that does not betray its roots. There is also room for light, exploited to its full power, and a subtle see-through game that shows a two-story structure on the valley side, while basements and garages are concealed in the upstream terrain. Lastly, the material language of the wood helps to enhance the quality and authentic value of the project. Between past and future, time becomes the present, transforming the living experience in a timeless emotion.
