Officina Fortuna firma Casa DR: l’architettura che respira tra luce e paesaggio
Complessità che si fa semplicità.
È questo il fil rouge che attraversa il progetto di Federico Ottogalli e Giulia Ferro, architetti di Officina Fortuna: l’hub creativo made in Padova che fonde mondo virtuale e fisico, diventando terreno fertile per scambio, ricerca e sperimentazione, e promuovendo un’architettura e un design in continua evoluzione.
Gli spazi scorrono senza fratture. La hall a doppia altezza, con la scala sospesa, diventa una piazza domestica: a sud il living si apre alla luce mentre a nord prendono forma gli ambienti del benessere e un garage scenografico che dialoga con la piscina. Al piano superiore la stessa armonia guida la distribuzione: a sud le camere dei figli, ognuna con bagno e zona gioco mentre a nord la suite padronale, con guardaroba, sala da bagno e terrazza solarium verso i Colli Euganei.
Qui, il paesaggio accompagna ogni passo. Le aperture diventano cornici scure che raccolgono la natura, mentre materiali sobri – gres a terra, rovere nella notte, nuance pacate – mantengono la scena essenziale, interrotta solo da lievi tocchi di colore nei bagni dei bambini e nella carta da parati della suite. La luce diventa materia: scava, modella, accompagna senza farsi vedere. Anche gli esterni – pergole, porticati, terrazze – proseguono il racconto in un continuum morbido e, al contempo, il pergolato bioclimatico si estende naturalmente dal living, con il camino a segnare il fulcro visivo e simbolico della casa.
Semplicità, tutta da abitare.

Officina Fortuna signs Casa DR: an architecture that comes alive between light and landscape
Complexity distilled into simplicity. This is the common thread running through the project by architects Federico Ottogalli and Giulia Ferro of Officina Fortuna: this creative hub born in Padua blends the virtual and physical worlds, becoming fertile ground for exchange, research, and experimentation, and promoting an architectural and design philosophy in constant evolution. With its suspended staircase, the double-height hall becomes a domestic square: to the south, the living area opens up to the light, while to the north the wellness rooms take shape alongside a scenic garage that interacts with the pool. On the upper floor, the same harmony shapes the layout: to the south, the children’s bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and play area; to the north, the master suite with a walk-in closet, bathroom, and a sun terrace overlooking the Euganean hills. Sober materials keep the scene essential, interrupted only by gentle touches of color in the children’s bathrooms and in the suite’s wallpaper. Even the outdoor spaces continue the narrative in a soft continuum, and the bioclimatic pergola extends naturally from the living area, with the fireplace marking the visual and symbolic heart of the home.
