La prima dimora è un grande guscio in legno che reinterpreta la tradizione ampezzana con una forza contemporanea; la seconda è un rifugio total wood immerso nel paesaggio, dove il confine tra interno ed esterno si dissolve in un unico respiro. In entrambi i progetti, il contributo di Idro Termo Lux è ciò che rende possibile questa armonia proprio perché non si vede: una presenza che lavora in profondità, trasformando la complessità tecnica in esperienza naturale. L’azienda, guidata da Antonio Aiello e Massimo Milordo, ha progettato e integrato impianti termo-idraulici, termotecnici, elettrici e sistemi di illuminazione, insieme a una domotica evoluta che si fonde con l’architettura senza mai sovrastarla.

This is not a simple dialogue between architecture and technology, but an overlapping of perspectives that touch and strengthen one another: on one side, Alpine memory; on the other, a discreet innovation that accompanies and amplifies. In the chalets presented on these pages, the home is never merely a construction. It is a living organism that regulates itself, breathes and changes rhythm with those who inhabit it.
The first residence is a large wooden shell that reinterprets the architectural tradition of Ampezzo with contemporary strength. The second is a total-wood refuge immersed in the landscape, where the boundary between inside and outside dissolves into a single breath. In both projects, the contribution of Idro Termo Lux is what makes this harmony possible precisely because it remains unseen: a presence working in depth, transforming technical complexity into a natural experience. Led by Antonio Aiello and Massimo Milordo, the company designed and integrated heating and plumbing, thermotechnical and electrical systems, together with lighting systems and advanced home automation that merges with the architecture without ever overpowering it.
